Planning a wedding can be complicated, costly and time consuming – it shouldn’t be.
Our team of professionals has planned over 400 weddings and events for local and international clients over the past 20 years, imaginatively creating memorable experiences to fit any budget.
Whether you envision your exchange of vows over a simple gathering, or a more (classic) formal ceremony surrounded by all of your loved ones, our focus is in delivering your complete wedding experience as you have imagined it.
We will help you select the perfect setting for your Barbados wedding. A few examples you can consider are:
• A ceremony on one of our sun swept, powdery sand beaches for a truly tropical wedding experience. This can optionally be more relaxed and casual or classically composed.
• A formal wedding amidst the distinguished elegance of an historic location such as the 300 year old Plantation House or an old picturesque church.
• A Private Villa ceremony offers endless customization options for décor and ambiance, including a beautiful garden backdrop with country style or a (cool, smooth) pool side party atmosphere. The island of Barbados offers breathtaking villas to accommodate both intimate gatherings of up to 10 people or large wedding parties.
• A private gazebo for you and your guests, styled as you desire, conveniently located at one of our oceanfront restaurants or within a tropical garden.
A selection of options will provide you with packaged alternatives, or if you prefer, a complete custom creation from beginning to end, including unlimited consultation and co-ordination of all wedding activities.
Our Service Commitment to You
We believe in “no surprises” by offering you the following:
1. We will conduct conference calls with you and our Planning Team as required leading up to your special day to ensure every detail is covered.
2. We will personally source and provide photos of potential venues and send them via email for you to review as required, conducting site visits on your behalf.
3. We will provide you with a personal detailed guide and itinerary outlining all aspects of your wedding well in advance of your special day.
