You not only have access to our 7 main galleries but can also enjoy the enchanting and relaxing setting of the Museum grounds as well as the Museum Café for refreshments and our shop which offers an attractive range of books and gifts.

Directions & Parking
The Barbados Museum & Historical Society is located in the historic Garrison area which is approximately 7 miles from the centre of Bridgetown, the capital of Barbados. Parking can be easily found at the front entrance of the Museum.
Public Transportation
The Museum is easily reached by public transportation.
From Bridgetown
The City Circle transport board bus or ZR van route number 9 will drop you directly outside the Museum.
From the South Coast
The Speightstown transport board bus will bring you here.
From the West Coast
From the West coast the Oistins transport board bus will take you to the Museum.
